Aibun Kogoya (21) was accused of participating in the riot and shot in the right side of his chest. He was arrested and taken into custody on 2 October 2019 while still being treated at a hospital after being operated. Prosecutors sought ten months’ imprisonment for him. He was found guilty of violating Article 170 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code on collective violence against persons or objects and sentenced to eight months’ imprisonment on 11 March 2020. He was freed on 2 April 2020.
