RE (16) were accused of throwing rocks at the stores during the riot. He was shot in the right thigh and arrested on 29 September 2019. RE was charged with Article 187 paragraph (1) on arson and Article 170 paragraph (1) on collective violence against persons or objects of the Criminal Code. He was released on 7 November 2019 on the basis that he was still a minor following a mediation.
