Yonus Deal (23) was arrested on 27 September 2019 when he was getting some cash from the ATM at the market. He was suddenly beaten and kicked by two police officers so badly that his hearing was impaired for two months. At the police station, he was beaten, kicked, and hit with a rifle’s butt to force him to admit that he had committed arson.
